The Fall Membership Drive is in full swing, and is an opportunity to get potential new members enlightened to the benefits of being a member at Amherst Golf Club.  The Fall Membership deal is still:

Single Member $400

Family Membership $500

Moreover, the fall membership fee will carry over and be applied as a discount toward the standard 2023 membership dues. What a value!

We offer a membership community that is friendly and welcoming to new members, a quality golf course with the best greens in Western Mass, plenty of leagues and tournaments, and lessons available from our Pro Dave Twohig PGA.

In Recognition of our Members Posted July 26, 2022

If you’ve braved the heat to play in the past week or so, you’ve noticed the new stone steps on the 3rd and 5th hole tee boxes. This work was made possible by member donations this past spring. Previous year’s contributions in excess of dues enabled us to purchase a new deck awning and resurface sections of our cart paths. Thanks again to all our generous donors who are helping to upgrade Amherst Golf Club in a variety of ways…

I also want to acknowledge the fine step installation work done by Superintendent Carl Teschke and his crew. Doing this work in-house saved AGC a bundle in outside labor costs. Thanks Carl!

I hope you can find time to enjoy our course in the coming weeks…

Mark McCandlish,
AGC Board President
