Dear AGC Member:

Our Club’s Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 15th beginning at 11:00 a.m. (Please note this earlier start time than the one previously announced). This is a great chance to get caught up on where we stand as a club and hear an initial overview of your feedback from the Member Survey. We’ll be electing new board members and recognizing the winners of this season’s tournaments and leagues.

After the meeting, socialize with fellow members at a complementary luncheon. Also, from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m., the course will be open for “Members Only” play.

Attached is a formal meeting announcement with the agenda and proposed slate of Board members for 2022-2023 (Attachment 1). We’ll also be voting to approve the minutes from last year’s Annual Meeting (Attachment 2).

If you are NOT able to attend the meeting, please help us ensure a quorum for our election by completing and returning the attached Proxy Ballot to our Board Secretary (see instructions on proxy) . . . (Attachment 3).
