Amherst Golf Club is taking tee times for the 40th Annual “Amherst Open”, being played on Sunday August 10th.  The 18-hole, stroke-play event will have two divisions based on handicap:  0-11 and 12-30.  An attested handicap is required.

Entry Fee (inc. Greens Fee): Member:  $30, Non-Member:  $50

A little history on the Amherst Open . . . the inaugural event was played in 1975 with Jon Hunt shooting a par round (70).  The past ten Champions and scores are:
